Let’s just get this out of the way. Holy Cannoli wasn’t just a vendor—they were a moment. Their booth served fresh-filled Sicilian-style cannoli with creamy ricotta, crispy shells, and dreamy toppings like crushed pistachio, chocolate drizzle, and more. We fell in love. Twice. Okay, three times.

They piped each cannoli to order, meaning yes—this was peak Instagram content. And yes—we unapologetically went back for seconds (and thirds).
